Who will be our 1st SC BBQ COOKOFF CHAMPION? We need 3 more Dads from the parish or school who would like to share their BBQ pit master skills with our St. Charles community and help kick start our very first BBQ COOKOFF! Each Dad is asked to prepare 10 lbs of BBQ pork or brisket for BBQ sandwiches. Picnic attendees will vote on their favorite and our 1st SC BBQ COOKOFF CHAMPION will be crowned! • Winner will receive a trophy and all the bragging rights that go along with the title.
